Where do my shoes come from?

All of our shoes are 100% made in Santander, Colombia. We encourage all to take the opportunity and explore this beautiful region of Colombia. Full of nature, history and beautiful people who will make your journey unforgettable.

How can we help?

We love to see more people trying to make a difference! The first way of helping is by purchasing a pair which is something you are already doing! Every pair contributes to the improvement of the life of our beautiful and talented single mothers who handmade your shoes. The more you shop the more you help! We want to build a better community, improve their standard of living and showcase to the world their amazing products.

How do I return/exchange my shoes?

Soles for Change values 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is 15 days for purchases exclusively made at SolesforChange.com. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

When returning/exchanging please send us the merchandise along with your packing slip and a note saying what you’d like us to do. Also please e-mail us at  orders@solesforchange.com so we can set your exchange aside!. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will replace any defective merchandise; no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return products purchased from a Store or boutique to soles for change?

We only accept returns for items purchased on solesforchange.com. If you want to return an item you purchased from a store or boutique, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

What is the shipping like?

All orders received, ship within 5 business days of being ordered (excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic Shipping:

Our Soles For Change ship via USPS Priority Mail and take 3-5 days to arrive (depending on location). Price varies based on size and value of the order (excludes taxes).

Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 (within the US only).

General shipping info:

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days for US shipping; all other such as International may take up to 15 days. For international shipping, buyer pays any additional fees, in terms of customs. Feel free to contact us with any questions at: info@solesforchange.com

How are sizes like?

Soles for Change run true to size and are available in medium width only. We recommend ordering the size you normally wear in a casual shoe.

Since we do not offer in between sizes, for our Kogi Collection we recommend going with the smaller one since the material of our shoes will stretch slightly as they are broken in. For all other models we recommend you choose size according to your feet length. We have included the size chart below as a guideline for your selection.

If you are unsure whether or not the Soles for Change you purchased will fit, please try them on a carpeted surface to see how they stretch as we do not accept returns on shoes that show any wear or use.

How do I take care of my soles for change?

Soles for Change espadrilles can easily be “thrown” in the washing machine, however, we prefer to recommend hand washing them using a gentle soap and cold water. Avoid putting them in the dryer machine as giving the materials they might shrink, lose its shape or colors made fade.
